The 30-day guarantee

If a piece does not feel right once it is on your wall, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you in full. That includes change of mind. No forms, no restocking fee, no interrogation.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or has a fault, send us a photo and we will replace it free of charge straight away. You do not need to post anything back.

How to make a claim

Email hello@hustleandsoul.co with your order number and, for damage claims, a photo. A real person will reply within one business day with the next steps. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
